Rivers First Aid is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of professionalism and educational standards to maximise the learning experience. Course fees include all relevant text, materials, tuition and certification. Students are asked to bring a pen and notebook to their course on the day. Our instructor utilise a mix of overhead projection videos, PowerPoint presentation and hands on practical exercises. Students will engage in the practical components of their course to practice relevant techniques, and to increase learning outcomes and the success of students. We employ personnel with appropriate qualifications and real life experience to deliver and facilitate the training and assessment relevant to the courses offered.

Public enrolment into a desired course is finalised upon receipt of payment. Corporate enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the client. All student selection decisions comply with equal opportunity legislation. If a student is found to be behaving in a manner which is disruptive to fellow students and the learning environment, the student will be asked to desist their behavior. Should the student fail to comply with this request they may be removed from the class with no refund payable.

Assessment

All assessments are conducted fairly and without bias with most occurring in class at the time of training.
